The experience of our projects has shown us that the application of our concepts follows the order of precise interventions and linear structures on an open surface. Our aim is to create spaces of high value using the simple strategy of introducing some elements of higher quality onto inexpensive surfaces. Our guiding principal is to create complex spaces with simple resources. ___________ THE WATERFRONT >>>>>>>> What are the special features of waterfront buildings? Water positions are desired locations. Our office has made itself famous by planning and constructing projects on the waterfront. Planning and building on the waterfront means creating an environment with spaces for contemplating the water and the life on the opposite bank. When organising these sites, this means developing an accurately designed language for the areas near the water and using the design means precisely. The beach needs a few essential items so that the people who inhabit the space feel well there.
