Does anybody know when the rebuilding / construction of the residential areas are planned to take place?

Description

old factory at the riverside of the river spree in berlin-mitte. Redevelopment as loftstyle residential building with partialy new buildings. The old building will get a special energysaving system from inside the wall to perserve the nice red brick facade. Units are still available. No developer envolved, this project is a private cooperative.
