Description

230,000-square-foot commercial structure created by the architects of Arap Associates. Some features of the building are: green roof (which is on 72 percent of the total roof area), ‘free cooling’ (a type of ventilation which uses natural fresh air), and reverse osmosis water treatment (which reduces sediment build-up and saves an expected 50 million liters of water per year).
